JBL BAR 1300X 11.1.4 System with Sub, Detachable Rears
This is the best JBL soundbar system currently available in 2025. Main unit features detachable battery-powered wireless rear speakers with up to 10 hours playtime so no power cords are required in the back of your room.
Soundbar Dimensions: With detachable surround speakers connected, main unit is 54.2″ Wide x 2.4″ High x 5.5″ Deep, and Weight is 14.6 pounds. Without surrounds attached, Bar is 39.4″ Wide and Weight is 9.5 pounds. Each Surround is 8″ Wide x 2.4″ High x 5.5″ Deep, and Weight is 2.6 pounds. Sub is 14.4″ Wide x 18.9″ High x 14.4″ Deep, and Weight is 34.5 pounds.
Surround Decoding: Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, and MultiBeam surround sound.

Speaker Drivers: 15 speaker main unit features left, center, right, and up-firing speakers, including front-mounted five ¾” tweeters and six 1.8″ x 3.5″ racetrack drivers, and top-mounted four 2¾” full range drivers. Each 3 active/2 passive speaker Surround features a ¾” tweeter, a 1.8″ x 3.5″ racetrack driver, an up-firing 2¾” full range driver, and two 1.9″ x 2.7″ rounded rectangle passive radiators. The Sub features a down-firing 12″ woofer. Total system amplification is 1170 watts with 1% THD. Frequency range is 33Hz to 20kHz -6dB.
